Welcome to The Preserve at Fairway Oaks. A deed restricted, maintained community of 252 homes located in Hudson, Florida approximately five miles east of the Gulf of Mexico and Hudson Beach on Florida's Nature Coast.

About the Association


HOA Fees and Community Services

Monthly HOA fees are based on the square footage of each home and cover the following maintenance services and amenities:

Architectural Guidelines

Homeowners must obtain prior HOA approval before making any exterior alterations to their home or lot.

Exterior paint colors are limited to HOA-approved color schemes.

 

Parking Regulations

Parking restrictions apply to recreational vehicles and within the community pool areas.

  • Adopt A Road

    Conducts monthly roadside trash pick up on both sides of Hudson Avenue from Little Road to Hicks Road.

  • Appeals

    Currently Vacant

  • Architectural Review

    Receives applications from residents for physical changes/additions to house or property. Reviews and sends to Board for approval.

  • Painting

    Makes recommendations to Board with respect to painting specs, schedule of painting homes, choosing contractors, reviewing contracts, other painting issues.

  • Roof

    Oversees the roof replacement program as well as roof issues that may occur.

  • Pool

    Oversees the daily maintenance of the two community pools including water conditions, heater functions, replacement or repair of equipment, and attends to residents’ complaints.

    Makes recommendations to the Board regarding the investment of the Preserve Reserve Funds.
